Terms and Conditions


  • Tidy Together Sessions are either Three hours (180 Minutes) or 45 minutes with a 15 minute wrap up. 
  •  You can stay for as little or as long as you want, but cannot combine minutes from different sessions or packages.
  • When you register for a Tidy Together Session you’ll receive an email with the information to log into the Zoom call. If you’re having trouble logging in please send an email to info@balaganbegone.com
  • Sessions won’t be available for booking with less than 24 hours notice. 
  • Sessions can be canceled/rescheduled with no penalty up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Cancellations for individual sessions with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded/rescheduled. If you reschedule your session yourself with less than 24 hours notice, your appointment will be canceled.
  • Unused sessions cannot be rolled over from month to month. 
  • If you didn’t use sessions in a month and sessions were offered, your month will not be extended.
  • Emergency cancellations/situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Sessions with fewer than 2 participants will be rescheduled at Balagan Be Gone’s discretion.
  • Best Practice is to schedule your time slots all at once for the month
  • All appointments are subject to availability.
  • There will be a minimum of 20 sessions a month available to choose from.
  • Jewish Holidays are blackout days and no additional time will be added for missed time. 
  • In months Sundays are blacked out; additional sessions will be added according to availability to compensate or we’ll adjust your membership renewal date accordingly, so you don’t miss out on any of the benefits of being a member. For example, if your renewal date is April 15th, and Pesach falls on a Sunday of April 10th,  we’ll change your renewal date to April 22nd to give you extra time to use your membership.


  • Your membership will auto renew every month on the same day you signed up. (Unless adjusted for holidays as mentioned above)
  • You will get a code at the time you join.  Keep this in a safe place as you will need it every month to book sessions. 
  • You will be notified at least 3 days via email prior to your membership renewal giving you time to cancel.  Members that cancel after their renewal will not be refunded for the month. For example, if your renewal is set to take place on May 1st, you will be notified on or before April 29th. If you Cancel on May 1 and have already been charged, the cancellation will be active for June 1. 
  • You may cancel at any time but will lose access to member benefits and any special pricing. (I.e. founders prices)

  • Your code will renew monthly. Keep it in a safe place. The number of sessions you are entitled to is based on your level of membership.
  • We advise you to create username and password in the scheduling area so that you can keep track of your code, billing cycle, how many sessions you have used, and when you are booked. 
  • Sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance. 
  • There is limited space in each session, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, be kind and do it with as much notice as possible so someone else can have your space.

  • Pricing depends on the package you purchase.
  • Founder level packages prices are subject to rate increases after one year.
  • Members will be notified at least one month before prices increase.


  • For every session you come to and for completing goals during sessions you will receive a gold star.  The top three earners will receive a bonus tiny tidy together session each month. 
  • Access to Painless Pesach will require you to be a member of JTO in good standing throughout the challenge. If membership is cancelled access to the challenged will be cancelled as well.
